Objective / उद्देश्य: Ensure the safety of personnel and equipment before inspection. / निरीक्षण से पहले कर्मियों और उपकरणों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना।
1. Substation & Room Readiness 1. सबस्टेशन और कमरों की तैयारी

Civil & Preparation

  • Brickwork completed and cured.
  • Doors/windows installed and lockable.
  • Free from dust, debris, and construction material.
  • Adequate ventilation and clear warning signage.

सिविल और तैयारी

  • ईंटों का काम पूरा और पका हुआ।
  • दरवाजे/खिड़कियां लगे हुए और लॉक करने योग्य।
  • धूल, मलबे और निर्माण सामग्री से मुक्त।

2. General Electrical Safety & Compliance 2. सामान्य विद्युत सुरक्षा और अनुपालन

Installation Standards

  • Proper nomenclature for panels and earth pits.
  • Cable tag markers on all cables.
  • Two distinct earth connections for transformers, panels, and motors.
  • Rubber mats (IS specification) in front of panels.
  • Single-line diagram (SLD) displayed.

  • Emergency lighting from DC source.
  • List of authorized personnel with license numbers.
  • Shock treatment chart (English/Hindi) laminated.
  • Fire buckets under shed near generator room.
